Courtland Homes is the builder and land developer responsible for the overall appearance of Main Street Residences.

Over 40 years, the people of Courtland Homes have developed over 5,000 lots in Northern Virginia for national builders such as Ryan Homes, NV Homes, Richmond American, Ryland Homes, etc.

With a truly unique ability to both develop and build communities, Courtland Homes had been able to present a comprehensive vision for Main Street Residences. With all brick and fieldstone homes, brick walkways, brick motor courts, open space areas with bench seating, and gas street lamps, you can see — elegance, charm, consistency, the best materials available, and future relevance. This aesthetic quality provides the best opportunity for value over time.

Courtland Homes has received the Great American Living Award for architecture and interior design; has appeared in Builder Magazine, Home & Design Magazine, and Washingtonian Magazine; and has received the Tree Preservation Award from Fairfax County. We encourage people to visit previous developments such as Wedderburn Estates (Vienna), Pickett’s Reserve (City of Fairfax), and Cedar Lane Luxury Townhomes (Fairfax).

Main Street Residences is a new upscale townhouse neighborhood with 40 units located in the City of Fairfax, within a mile of downtown, and minutes to the Vienna Metro and I-66.
